Decide on your "Food Storage" Budget.
Remember we are trying to accumulate a little at a time.
Start with trying to get a Weeks "Pantry Supply"
Then a Months "Pantry Supply", then 2 months, and finally a
3 months "Pantry Supply". Taking the time to plan a 3 month menu will
help you plan for what you need in a 3 month "Pantry Supply".
A "Pantry Supply" is a supply of food that your family eats on a
daily bases.
Friday night Olivia had a major, yucky blow out; I mean it was a big mess. It was all over her clothes. I used the new "Stain Remover"(2 parts Peroxide, 1 Dish soap, and Baking Soda optional) we are trying. It worked Awesome!! At least for me.
Come back to read our "Sister's Consumer Reports" in the future for our stain remover and homemade laundry soap that they are trying.
Crescent Roll Challenge:
The challenge is to come up with a recipe of some sort. It can be anything using Crescent Rolls as the main ingredient. You have until Feb. 12th to have pictures and recipes submitted to me (If you need help with the Technology part of uploading pictures, just let me know. I'm willing to help.)Happy Baking
Upcycling:
Keep those creative juices flowing...
When you use a product or an item not intended for its original use
that is upcycling. Send me your pictures of your projects, so we can share
in your genius.
On an upcycling note: I need lots of used White T-shirts for a project I want to
start. If you having any that would otherwise find its way to the DI or Garbage let me know. I need a lot of them (like 100). Thanks :)
Keep Smiling Sisters!!
As the song says, "This is going to be a Good Life"!!
Until next time,
